At PEPE, every child has a face, a story, and a purpose. At the Little Dreamers unit in Belize, we witness the transforming impact of love, creativity, and God’s Word in the life of Kalanie Baki, a girl full of curiosity, joy, and passion for learning.
From the very first day she arrived at our unit, Kalanie was welcomed with affection and dedication by her missionary educator. She herself said: “I love being at PEPE because all the classes are creative, and we learn while playing.” This positive experience became part of her family routine: every night, when she gets home, she enthusiastically shares with her family what happened, what she learned, and how good she felt at PEPE.

Kalanie’s excitement did not go unnoticed at home. Her parents, moved by their daughter’s genuine joy, began to take an interest in learning more about the place where she was so happy. Recently, they attended for the very first time a church activity, held as part of the congregation’s anniversary, and were warmly welcomed by the faith community that hosts the PEPE unit.
Kalanie’s story reflects one of the main fruits of our ministry: children reached, families touched, communities transformed. Through PEPE, we not only sow knowledge but also hope, values, and Christian love, opening doors for more people to know Jesus.
In Belize, we continue to dream of seeing more children like Kalanie smiling, learning, and growing in a safe and welcoming environment. We want to reach every corner with the message of salvation and with educational tools that dignify childhood.
Pray for Belize! We hope to open new units and see more churches committed to this beautiful mission. Because when a child is reached, an entire family can be transformed. And we know that with God, all things are possible!
