In El Salvador, one of the seven Central American countries, we have 434 children in the 23 PEPE units. And we still have 2 new churches that have accepted the challenge and are being prepared to start a PEPE unit this year. With a committed team that loves God and works hard to live the power that transforms many lives, PEPE has been growing, every year, with the reach of thousands of other children living in situations of vulnerability being projected, because for them there is PEPE!
Concerned about taking Jesus in the lives of children and their families, the team began to carry out activities called Evangelism in Action. One of the churches committed to this ministry is Iglesia Rey de Reyes, who is planning to open PEPE “Ovelhinhas para Cristo” “Little Lamb for Christ” in the city. Every week, the Word of God is brought with bread and delicious chocolate, since we are already concerned with the integral care of children and their families.
Pray for the PEPE’s of El Salvador to be strengthened in the Lord and many other churches to have a vision to open the doors to reach the children of their communities for Christ!
