Located in Los Naranjos, Peña Blanca, Cortés, Honduras, this PEPE is situated in the Lake Yojoa region, in the central-western sector of Honduras, approximately 125 km northwest of Tegucigalpa and only 75 km south of San Pedro Sula.
The PEPE “Caminito” unit has been praised for its remarkable academic performance, achieving that its children are positioned among the most outstanding in the region by the Ministry of Education. This achievement has generated great satisfaction among parents, teachers, the educational community in general, and the Roca de Salvación Church.
This unit was founded in 2019 with the objective of providing comprehensive care based on Christian principles. It has proven that the combination of values, dedication, and innovative pedagogical methods can produce exceptional results.
Area Coordinator Evelin Johana Acosta Medina and Pastor Ricardo Rodriguez expressed their pride and gratitude: “We are very excited and grateful to God for this recognition. We also thank the parents and, of course, the dedication of our wonderful students.”
With a united community and a committed team, the “Caminito” unit stands out as a beacon of educational excellence in the region, inspiring other institutions to follow its example and demonstrating that with faith, effort, and love, anything is possible.
Pray that PEPE in Honduras continues to grow to reach more children throughout the national territory. Together, we want to complete the mission!
